Refund and Transfer Policies
The Refund and Transfer Policies are designed to ensure that committed course expenses and administration expenses involved with re-scheduling are covered, and to encourage an attitude toward participation in courses.
Refunds
The Refund Policy is as follows:
- All tuitions—less a $ 50.00 administration fee—will be refunded up to ten (10) working days prior to the start of training.
- Withdrawals by students not attending an introductory session are required to be made ten (10) working days prior to the first practical session. NO REFUND will be issued after that date for that portion of the course.
Transfers
The Transfer Policy is as follows:
- Students will be permitted to transfer to another course prior to the course commencement, provided the request is made more than ten (10) working days before the course begins. The transfer fee is $50.
- Instructor-initiated transfers are subject to $100 fee. An instructor-initiated transfer occurs when the instructor deems it more beneficial for student to take course over rather than taking extra training.
